Questions before you get started?

Here are the things people need to know when planning a print. If your question isn't covered, send us an email and tell us about your project.

Can I collect my order?

All orders are delivery only. We do not offer collection or customer visits at the London workshop.

Do you print at weekends?

Yes. We print seven days a week at our London workshop.

Does 48 hours mean delivery?

The offer is for 48-hour dispatch on qualifying jobs. Confirm whether your job qualifies, when its dispatch period starts and the delivery arrangements before ordering.

What if I don't have a 3D model?

Start with a CAD design enquiry. Tell us about your idea, the measurements you have and how the part will be used. Design work and printing are quoted separately.

Should I choose FDM or resin?

Start with what the part needs to do and the details you want it to show. FDM builds with filament; resin printing uses light to harden liquid resin. The shape, material, finish and use all help decide which is suitable.

Can I order every material in the guide?

The guide explains common material families. It is not a stock list. Confirm the exact material, colour and options available for your job with us.

How do I get a quote?

Email studio@3dprintinglondon.uk with the part's purpose, approximate dimensions and quantity. Let us know whether you have a 3D model. Online quotes, file uploads and checkout are not available on this website yet.

When does printing start?

Printing starts after payment has been confirmed. Agree the order details and dispatch timing for your job before ordering.

What should I include in my enquiry?

Tell us what the part will do, its approximate size, how many you need and whether you have a 3D model. Mention important dimensions, surfaces that fit together, heat or movement, and any deadline.

Who runs 3D Printing London?

3D Printing London is a trading name of Kendall Group Ltd, company number 15554380.
